Attack Night!
Tonight is the official final for the young ladies in our self-defense class. In groups of 4 and 5 they are escorted out on campus and our higher ranking belts “attack” them to see what they’ve learned in class. It’s scary at first, but virtually all of them say after it’s over, “That was fun! Can we do it again?”
Now to get them ready for the Advanced Class!

Road ID is a bracelet that you wear when running, hiking or walking that provides medical and emergency contact information to first responders (EMT's, police) in case you are injured and unable to communicate.
